Her story wasn’t selected, but we are still very proud of her!

Wizard World 2017 (034/365)

StellaDella wanted to go to Wizard World – again.

It’s been a couple of years.

So, I took her.

I got to see the Blues Brothers while waiting in line to get through security.

SD with Bender and all the R2 units.

She is dressed up as Pent from Khonjin House.
Yeah, I have no idea who she is.
No one there knew who she was either – she even had a sign offering a $5 Target gift card if they could guess who she was.
No one did.
She out-obscured the nerds!
That’s my girl.


I saw Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite).

SD attempted to ride the bull – she lasted 26 seconds!

I didn’t get to see Sean Astin or Sean Bean’s panel, but I did step aside so Billy Boyd could pass by in a golf cart.


This is who I really wanted to see, James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Smallville, Marvel’s Runaways)

Those cheekbones!

I couldn’t figure out where the theatre where his panel was held.  I was wandering and all of a sudden I hear “Coming through” and there he was in a golf cart.  I stalked followed the cart, and ended up walking about 3 feet behind him when he disembarked.  Hey, it was a nice way to find the theatre.

Want Some Wine? (033/365)

StellaDella and I had a big Friday night out – We ate at Qdoba and went to Target.

I did not buy any wine, even though I may to drink some after tomorrow.

That was “vagueposting” – you will see why with tomorrow’s post.

I think I’m 7 or 8 in this picture.

Nice rear end shot of Toto – our wire-haired fox terrier.

My brothers, acting so cool.  Pretending to throw a snowball (at my mom? Probably, Dad was more than likely at work)

I remember that shirt John is wearing.  I think it was a hand-me-down from oldest brother Michael.  Pretty edgy.

There I am…in patterned pants, patterned-trimmed coat and patchwork hat.  It looks like I’m holding hands with the snowman.

I would love to have that hat again – it’s pretty cool.
