I made one of my favorite dishes for supper - marinated grilled flank steak with sautéd tri-colored peppers and onions. We also had a salad; a french baguette, which I sliced and toasted; and for dessert, a peach crisp à la mode.
To prepare the peppers for sautéing, I cut off the tops. I thought the red one looked like a flower.
