Soon to Be Sauerkraut (005/365)

SUBJECT: Mason jar of cabbage

HH, as befitting his German heritage, has decided to try his hand at making sauerkraut.

It seems pretty simple - cabbage, kosher salt, some brine....let it ferment a few weeks and voilĂ  or more appropriately in the German - Et voila, sind Sie fertigr!

If this is a success, the next attempt at fermentation will be kimchi.
