SUBJECT: Chalkboard birthday message
I am an April girl and today is my 42nd birthday. I am sure you are all waiting with baited breath to hear what I kind of birthday present I received. Well, apparently, my house thought that I didn't need one and decided to let our hot water heater shoot craps this morning. So, approximately $1,200+ later, we now have a new direct vent tankless water heater and more importantly, hot water. It's a 180,000 BTU unit with an 84.0% efficiency rating. AND next April, we will get a 30% tax credit on our income taxes. Woo hoo. So I'm trying to look on the bright side, I really am.
I would of rather had a bicycle though.
