SUBJECT: Cordless phone
Our cordless handsets have been slowing dying on us; they weren’t holding a charge and sometimes, when we dialed out, it wouldn’t register the number that we pressed. So, today, I purchased a new cordless phone with 4-handsets and set them up. However we are unable to use them. Why you ask? Well let me tell ya…MB and his friend were playing basketball and managed to knock over some scaffolding, which in turn fell on the telephone wire that connected our house to the main line. While the wire didn’t fall down, something in it must have snapped. We have no phone nor internet at the present. An AT&T repairman is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I wonder how much this is going to cost us.
