My niece had her 12th birthday party this evening. I bought her present while we were shopping on Tuesday, but I still I needed to purchase a birthday card. So on the way to my sister’s, I stopped at a local grocery store to pick one up.
This is right at the entrance. You don’t see many stamp machines like this one around anymore.
I think the corrugated metal provides a nice background.

How do you know if an egg is hardboiled?
Why, it has an “H-B” stamped on it of course!
Full disclosure: I boiled 15 eggs. I had to eat one because otherwise I would not have symmetry in my egg carton. I cannot allow my eggs to be unbalanced.

While I have not been posting here, I have still been taking many pictures, although not daily. Mostly, I have been posting photos to Facebook and Instagram.
I miss challenging myself to posting a photo a day.
I miss my photo blog.
My husband told me he missed my pictures as well and wished I would start posting.

SUBJECT: “Paid” and date stamp
I am an accounting geek and I have a secret…I love the “ker-chunk” sound my self-inking “Paid” stamp makes when I use it on an invoice. I will also admit to enjoying the daily routine of changing the date on my date stamper. I believe these things are required to tickle your fancy in order for one to be a card-carrying bean-counter. Or maybe I am just eccentric.
