We went to this grocery store to pick up some shrimp and other items for the Super Bowl.
See?
Shrimp.
Sriracha anyone?
Maybe some tilapia?
Finally, is this not the cutest potato flavored character you’ve ever seen?
I wanted to buy it just for the package.
I didn’t though.

Later, since I am a good wife, I made HH his favorite fruit tart/pizza for his birthday as usual.
Confession: I love it too.

Today was an ordinary day. HandsomeHusband went to work, the kids went to school, I went to work, everyone came home, SD, DQ and I went to buy new shoes for SD and DQ, we ate dinner and afterwards the kids watched “The Simpsons.” Unexciting. I found something beautiful to photograph though. SD was sitting on the couch watching the show and paging through MonkeyBoy’s book, “The Encyclopedia of Immaturity, Volume 2," when the sun streamed through the front window, illuminating her hair. I love how it glows in the early evening light. Ever since she was born, whenever we have gone out with her, people have stopped us and told us that they love her red hair. If I had a dollar for each time that has happened, I would be a very rich woman.

Who Loves Ya Baby? (266/365)

SUBJECT: HandsomeHusband’s bald spot
I’d like to start out by saying that I’m not posting this picture to be mean nor to tease. HH specifically TOLD me to take a picture of his bald spot for today’s post. He’s had it ever since we first started dating twenty years ago. It was slightly smaller in diameter back then and over the years, it has expanded its reach over the back of his head.
I happen to like his bald spot.
I love seeing the smattering of freckles that his exposed scalp reveals.
I love kissing him there and feeling the warmth of his skin on my lips.
I love him.
