After 3 months, I finally moved my work from home desk from the open area downstairs to a small spare bedroom upstairs.

Now I can shut the door after work and not have to look at it!

My ear was killing me today; by dinner time, I couldn't chew without major pain.

HH drove me to urgent care, only to find out that they didn't take the new insurance my employer just switched to!

Grrrrrr - fine, the insurance can pay for an ER visit instead.

Luckily, there was only one other person there.

I was in and out in about an hour and 1/2 along with a prescription for amoxicillin and ear drops.

She had some bodywork done (due to my two oldest having driving issues).

She was also repainted the original color.

He removed the seats to clean the leather.

Scully is more interested in playing fetch instead.

Mulder was trying to have both - but that didn't quite work out.

Sparrows have weaseled their way up under the siding on our back porch.  They built a nest and their babies are super noisy.

One fell from the nest last week and landed in a flower pot I have on the porch.  HH placed him/her back and we hoped all was well.

Today, we found another one on the porch - well, the dogs did when they went out to the yard - I grabbed him before they caused any damage. I don't know for sure if it is the same one as earlier, it could be - what a trouble-maker!



HH put him back (again), hopefully it will stay there until it is old enough to really to leave the nest!

A visitor showed up while I was on the porch with my evening drink.

There are a lot of rabbits around this year.

More crickets were needed to sacrifice to StellaDella's leopard geckos.

A trip to the reptile store was in order.

This guy looks pretty adorable; he has great eyelashes and a cute smile.

Mr. Mulder did a some damage after we first saved him. I was planning on applying some wood putty, sanding and staining to repair it.

Now, enter Miss Scully.  

She added her own work to Mr. Mulder's.

Grrrrrr...

It's going to take a bit more to fix now.

I've had these solar lights for quite some time.
 

I finally hung them on the porch railings and on the lower trunk of the sand cherry.

Since it appears we will be spending most of our time at home this summer, I figured I might as well do some decorating.
