SUBJECT: Yellow, orange and red peppers

We purchased these peppers at Costco on Sunday - $6.94 for 6 colored peppers, 3 of each color: red, yellow and orange.  Not too bad of a price.  I plan to cut them in strips, flash freeze and then food save them.  I wonder if I will find a cocaine surprise like the three people in NYC did when they sliced opened their peppers?
