“By the big red barn in the great green field,
there was a pink pig who was learning to squeal.”
Wise Brown, Margaret. *The Big Red Barn*. Addison-Wesley, 1954.
TIME: 6:54 PM
PLACE: Off Little Rock Ln
SUBJECT: Barn
I hated to to it, but we turned on the A/C today; it was just too humid not to have it on. StellaDella had a T-ball game at 2pm and when we returned home afterwards, we all ended up needing to take a shower before we went out to dinner with my Dad. We went to a restaurant, Robert Scott’s Grille, which is owned and operated by a cousin of ours. DramaQueen and I had fettuccine con broccoli, HH and MonkeyBoy had steak, Dad had oven roasted chicken and SD had a cheeseburger. It was all very good. Afterwards, HandsomeHusband took a scenic route home and stopped at a few locations so I could snap some photos.
