SUBJECT: Thankful feather
StellaDella and I made this feather for a school project earlier this month. Each 1st grader decorated a large construction paper feather with their family; all of the feathers were displayed as part of a large turkey outside of their classroom.
My sister hosted Thanksgiving at her house this afternoon. My responsibility consisted of making the dressing and green beans (fresh ones, with onions and bacon – yum!). I am thankful for the food we ate, the wine we drank and the family we celebrated the holiday with.
