"You can say any fool thing to a dog, and the dog will give you this look that says, `My God, you're RIGHT! I NEVER would've thought of that!'"

Ugly grey skies today. Mid-afternoon I walked around the trail twice at Longacre Park – 3 miles. I even had my camera and was planning on taking some photos while I was there. I might have too if my batteries weren’t dead. Sigh. I then tried to take a picture of the dog, but she was moving too much for me. HH got out his camera and took one shot of her. Isn’t she a goofy dog? He took pity on me and is generously letting me use it as my photo for today. Thanks babe!

I've gone out on a walk only to find I had dead batteries too. Isn't that frustrating? Your dog is a cute subject though!
What a cute picture!
I need to get caught up with visiting sites. Went to Iowa last week for five days to visit Grandma and then drove home, worked one day and then hubby had hernia surgery on Friday. Have been nursing him since..
OMG such a cute doggy! My dog runs when she sees the camera or even a cell phone. So I dont have too many pics of her. I hate when I run out of batteries.
Pretty, happy dog!
Nice doggy photo.
I pulled a stunt similar to that this evening. DH called to me saying there was a sunset. I grabbed my camera and went racing out to the back porch. Held up the camera and was going to focus in on the scene, and looked in the LED and saw the warning "No Disk"! There was no CD in the camera!! My camera is a Sony which uses a mini-CD for "film." By the time I went back inside, got a CD, put it in the camera and got back out to the porch, the color was all gone from the sunset. :(
oh yeah! cool shot!!
