Around once a month, I declare that we will be having “Breakfast For Supper.”  Usually it’s because we have things to do and places to be in the early evening and need something quick and easy to make or it’s because I’ve run out of ideas on what to make for supper.  Tonight it was a little of both – although I’ll admit that it was a bit more of the latter than of the former.
