SUBJECT: Flower detail on building
HH and I went to a fundraiser this afternoon for the restoration of the Gustave Koerner home. It was a “Bier Tasting Garden” and there were several specialty imported seasonal beers to drink and bratwurst, pretzels, cheeses and sausages to eat. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and perfect weather for sitting outside and drinking a beer or two. The county historical society had purchased a building that sits catty-corner from the home that is being restored. They eventually plan to use the building as a gift shop and educational center for the Koerner home. This detail is on a column on that building.
