SUBJECT: Hibiscus syriacus
We inherited several Rose of Sharon shrubs when we bought our house. Three of them line the east side of the house and we also have one plant on the west side by the central air conditioning unit; which is where I took this photo. The flowers attract large bumblebees all summer long…HH does not appreciate that aspect of the shrub.
